Bookings and Reservations

Making a Reservation

When you book a tea ceremony, wellness consultation, or gift curation service, you're entering into an agreement with us. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, where applicable. We'll send you a confirmation with details about your scheduled experience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is always welcome with at least 24 hours notice

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Tea ceremonies are designed around specific timing and flow. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your experience, and regular cancellation policies apply. No-shows are non-refundable but can often be rescheduled within 7 days at our discretion.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Hours and Scheduling

Our services are offered during specific hours and require advance booking. Availability varies by season and demand. We do our best to accommodate your preferred timing but cannot guarantee specific dates or times until confirmed. Sessions are typically offered Tuesday through Saturday, with evening slots prioritized for our Evening Tea Ceremony experiences.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing service offerings, pricing, session formats, or operational practices. If such changes significantly affect a service you've already booked, we'll work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling or refunds.

Website Maintenance

Our website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. While we strive to minimize disruptions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability.

Intellectual Property Rights

While our tea ceremonies and wellness consultations are designed to support relaxation and mindfulness, they are not medical treatments.
